Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are based on the amount of notice provided prior to your reservation date:

30 days or more before your reservation: Refund available less a 15% service fee.
15–29 days before your reservation: Refund available less a 25% service fee.
8–14 days before your reservation: Refund available less a 50% service fee.
0–7 days before your reservation: No refund available.

We understand that plans can change and will do our best to assist you. All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to our team to be processed.

Rental Use Policy

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following rental policies:

Renters and operators must be at least 25 years of age.
All operators must have previous boating experience and be comfortable safely operating the rental vessel.
Renters are responsible for providing a safe and secure storage location for the boat during the rental period.
Rental rates do not include applicable taxes, fuel, lost or damaged items, or delivery fees (when applicable).
All rentals include required safety equipment and standard accessories. Guests requiring undersized or oversized personal flotation devices (PFDs) must provide their own properly fitted life jackets.
Pets are not permitted on rental boats.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all rental boats.
Rental boats are delivered by 8:00 AM and picked up at 4:00 PM at the public boat launch closest to our shop, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Boats must be returned clean and with a full tank of fuel, unless otherwise agreed upon.
An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dirt, sand, trash, pet hair, or other unusual cleaning requirements.
Late returns will be charged $75 per hour, with a one-hour minimum charge.
Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of the rental equipment during the rental period.

By accepting delivery of the rental boat, the renter agrees to comply with all applicable boating laws and regulations and to follow the terms outlined in this policy.
